An inspirational session was organised by Department of HRM & OB, Central University of Jammu in association with Canadian Career and Business Empowerment Services. The session was conducted by Mr. Deepak Manchanda, International Consultant & Speaker. Mr. Manchanda, an expert in Emotional Intelligence spoke at length about eight abilities, eight motivations and reducing emotional incubation time.

He conducted practical session on Emotional Intelligence. Reiterating the importance of Emotional Intelligence in success, he presented various international examples. Through interactive sessions the audience was mesmerised by Mr. Manchanda

Earlier, Dr. Jaya Bhasin, Head Department of HRM & OB informed that Mr. Manchanda shall assist students for international consultancy and assignments. She further said that sumach inspirational sessions enrich the students and are very important for their professional success.

Prof. Devanada, Dean School of Business Studies felicitated the speaker. Earlier Mr. Asif Ali welcomed Mr. Manchanda whereas Dr. Neelika Arora presented the formal vote of thanks.
