- The teaching pedagogy of the courses in PG programme involves lectures, discussions and presentations during which the thought process of students are tried to stimulate.
- Regular interactions of the students with working media professionals are organised so that they can always remain updated about the prevailing media scenes.
- In order to provide them a real feel of working environment in media and prepare them to face challenges, the students are sent to field for news reporting, interviews, feature writing and visit media houses.
- It is mandatory for all the students to remain attached with a media house for one month as interns and work as a professional, which would help them to establish relation with the industry and pave the way for their employment.
- To inculcate research habits among scholars, they are made to write library and online search, in-class and off-class activities, case study analysis, dissertation and examinations.
